Cohousing in Sant Bartomeu del Grau

SBG is a small village in the middle of nowhere that is particular for having 10ha of abandoned industrial buildings, right in front of the main street. 

Our proposal to start to change the post industrial image, was to use the closer factory to the center, to become a CO-HOUSING  sistem. 

 

With the minimum intervention possible, the lowest energy impact  with the less economical recourses possible.
